Nocturne

The original version, for cello and piano, was commissioned by the Guild of Welsh Composers for a premiere by members of the Saskia Trio in June 1998 at the Lower Machen Festival, South Wales. There have been several subsequent performances by various players. Lynne Plowman made a later arrangement of the work for flute and piano for performances by David Appleton (piano) and herself (flute).
